Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Property
We, Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc., hereby give notice that:
1. We were appointed the Receiver, without security, of all the assets, undertakings and property, including real property of each of Skeena Sawmills Ltd., Skeena Bioenergy Ltd. and ROC Holdings Ltd.
2. We were appointed on September 20, 2023, pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia dated September 20, 2023, Court file number S-236214, Vancouver Registry.
