Terrace RCMP are asking for the public's help to find a missing woman.

Rochelle Parrent, 48, was last seen yesterday morning, Oct. 7,  at her residence on Braun's Island, said police in a release today, Oct. 8.

She stated that she might go for a bike ride and she might be wearing a light green long sleeve track shirt and black track pants.

The bike is described as a blue Giant mountain bike.

Parrent has blond hair, blue eyes, is 5 ft 8 inches tall, and weighs 141 lbs.

"The bike has not been found, she doesn't work, she is not from here and does not have any contacts in the community that we are aware of. She is not an avid mountain biker, and usually sticks to the Millennium Trail," said Terrace RCMP media relations/community policing Const. Angela Rabut.

If you have information about Rochelle's whereabouts, contact the Terrace RCMP at 250-638-7400.
