- a woman reported her sister missing because she hadn’t heard from her in two days. Police called the missing woman, who informed them that she was not missing.

- man passed out in the Tim Hortons on Lakelse was arrested for public intoxication

- two intoxicated people in behind the Best Western. Checks were done of area.

- man looking in vehicles in the Safeway parking lot. Checks were done of area.

- false business alarm on Lakelse Ave

- domestic dispute. A man was arrested for assault, mischief, and uttering threats. He will appear in court on Jan. 9

- Mills Memorial Hospital required police assistance. The matter resolved itself prior to police arrival.

- Mills Memorial Hospital reported a patient had left and a Mental Health Act Warrant was issued.

- a person is harassing people. Complainant did not want police action.

- police gave advice in a familial matter in obtaining a restraining order - harrassment complaint. Under investigation.

- intoxicated woman at the Willows Apartments. Checks were done of area.

- a prohibited driver was seen driving a 1999 grey Honda Civic near the high school. Checks were done of area.

- report of an intoxicated driver on Greig Ave. Checks were done of area.

- a female walking down Gair Ave pointed a laser at a person’s eyes. Anther female was with her. Checks were done of area.

- an intoxciated man refusing to leave a residence on Greig Ave. He was transported to the Men’s

Shelter.

- false business alarm on Greig Ave

- loud party on Kalum St. A loud party was not found.

- a twelve yr old boy was reported missing. He was located at a friend’s place shortly after the call.

- a person discovered blood in his carport on Weber Ave. Evidence suggested that an injured cat had left the blood.

- a man and woman were causing a disturbance in the Keystone Apartments. They were located leaving the apartments, and were warned not to reattend.

- false cellular 911 call

- cell call was made asking for police help. Many checks were done, and the call was deemed false.

- a wallet that was turned in to the Smithers RCMP was returned to its owner in Terrace

- false residential 911 call on Haugland Ave

- motor vehicle accident on Munro St and Hwy 16. A 1992 red Honda Civic and a 2005 white Chevrolet Optra suffered front end damage and had to be towed from the scene. No injuries.

- false 911 call on Mountain Vista Dr.

- woman reported missing. She returned on her own a short while later.

- uttering threats via Facebook. The parties involved were spoken with.

- disturbance. An intoxicated, belligerent woman was at the residence and had blood on her person. Two children in the residence were removed and placed in the care of another person. The woman was arrested for public intoxication. She was transported to the hospital for treatment.

- loud music from a residence on Goulet Ave. Checks were done of area and it was quiet.

- a grey 1999 Honda Civic was stopped on Lakelse Ave and the driver was served a 3 month prohibition

- police arrested a man and an amount of marijuana and hash was found on his person. The drugs were seized and he was issued a bylaw ticket.

- an intoxicated person refusing to leave the Casino. Felt he was being ripped off.

- loud party on Park Ave. Police attended and shut the party down.

- a wallet turned into the Smithers RCMP was returned to its owner in Terrace. The wallet was missing since 2007. This was the second wallet found in Smithers, and returned to Terrace residents.

- uttering threats investigation. Occurred at Walmart.

- suicidal man. Unfounded.

- disturbance on Scott Ave.

- an elderly person called police because he was lonely and starving. Police attended. There was lots of food in the cupboards. The person was confused, thinking it was suppertime and his care giver had not arrived to make him supper. Police informed him that it was not suppertime, it was 6 in the morning.

- a 2010 Red Chevrolet Cobalt parked in the commuter parking lot at Hwy 16 / Hwy 39 had its four tire removed.

- a woman and her boyfriend were prevented from entering her residence by the ex-boyfriend. The woman smashed a window out of her residence. The ex-boyfriend then let them pass. He was transported to another residence.

- familial dispute. A person was transported to another residence.

- domestic dispute on Queensway. A man was arrested for public intoxication.

- theft on Clark St under investigation. Suspect is described as Caucasian, approximately 34 yrs old, bald, slim build, in a green SUV.

 

- police escorted a man for obtaining personal effects from a residence.

- report of a false sexual assault allegation

- unpaid Taxi fare. Under investigation

- suspicious vehicle on Curtis Dr.

- abandoned sick dog on Old Remo / Queensway Dr

- traffic complaint on Shames Mountain Rd / Hwy 16

- a woman is harassing employees of a business. Under investigation.

was arrested for impaired driving. He provide samples of breath that were in excess of three times the legal limit. Charges are being forwarded to Crown Counsel.

- false 911 call

- a 2003 red Chevrolet Cavalier parked on Tsunyow St had two of its tires slashed on the evening of

- report of a red Chevy pickup driving around with loud music. The vehicle was located. The driver
