During the same time period, there have been 16 people lodged in Terrace cells – seven of these people were lodged for intoxication.

Downtown Terrace

Intoxicated woman banging on the door of a business on Lazelle Ave. She left prior to police attendance. Police spoke with the woman a short distance away. An hour later police were called to Park Ave. for a woman yelling at a dog. Police located the same woman who was more intoxicated and arrested for public intoxication.

Intoxicated man possibly in possession of stolen property on Sparks St./Lazelle Ave. Police arrested the 39-year-old man. He was not in possession of stolen property. He was involved in a theft file earlier in the day.

A black 1995 Dodge truck was checked in the parking lot of CIBC on Lakelse Ave. A passenger in the vehicle had a notice to serve a driving prohibition. Same done.

Intoxicated man in the Shopper's Drug Mart parking lot on Lakelse Ave. Checks were done of the area.

A 2011 Honda Civic parked in the Shoppers Drug Mart parking lot on Lakelse Ave was keyed.

Police observed an intoxicated man stumbling down Lakelse Ave. The 34-year-old man was arrested.

A 34-year-old woman walking on the Sande Overpass was checked. There was a warrant for her arrest out of Prince George. The warrant was executed.

Elsewhere Terrace

Theft from an unlocked 2007 Dodge parked on the 2300 block of Kalum St. The thieves also went through a shed on the property.

911 hang up on Soucie Ave. Police spoke with the people in the residence. The medical emergency had passed. Advice was given to not hang up on a 911 call.

Abandoned property in the back of a business on Park Ave. Police disposed of the property and seized a red Raleigh Legend 21 speed mountain bike.

False business alarm on Scott Ave.

Suspicious white van parked on Halliwell Ave. Police spoke with a man associated to the van. He is legitimately working in the area.

Intoxicated man sitting in a white commercial van at a business on Hwy 16 West. Police located the vehicle. The 44-year-old driver provided three samples of breath with results more than double the legal limit. Charges are being forwarded to Crown Counsel.

Theft of a cellphone and two laptops while a man went to the bathroom in his residence. Police recovered a laptop from a 34-year-old man and the cell phone from a 39-year-old man. Ongoing investigation.

Intoxicated 62-year-old man threatening staff at Mills Memorial Hospital. He left prior to police attendance. Checks were done of the area.

Three complaints of an intoxicated man on Lanfear Hill. Police arrested an intoxicated 31-year-old man.

Domestic disturbance. Police spoke with the people involved. No offence committed.

Disturbance at a residence on Pear St. Police spoke with the people involved. They were playing video games and were losing, therefore yelling at the game. Inside of this residence was a 12-year-old girl who was reported missing earlier in the day. She provided a false name to police. She was transported to the care of a guardian.

Intoxicated 27-year-old man passed out on Kalum St. Police requested the assistance of BC Ambulance due to the man's level of intoxication. He was transported to Mills Memorial Hospital.

Shopping cart in the middle of Sparks St./Haugland Ave. Police moved the shopping cart.

Loss Prevention Officer of Walmart arrested a 25-year-old man for shoplifting. Police are forwarding charges to Crown Counsel.

A man trespassing on property. Investigation determined that the man was not committing an offence.

Fraud investigation.

Familial dispute over property. Police gave advice on the matter.

Theft from an unlocked 2011 Dodge Truck parked on Cramer St.

Intoxicated man kicking at a residence door and now sitting on the grass staring into the residence on Tuck Ave. Police arrested a 46-year-old man.

A boy talking to a 12-year-old girl through her bedroom window. He left prior to police attendance. Police spoke with the parent and gave advice on the matter.

BC Ambulance requested police attendance for a call involving a 16-year-old girl consuming marihuana brownies. She was transported to Mills Memorial Hospital.

Thornhill

Found iPod on Old Lakelse Lake Rd./Hemlock St.

Domestic disturbance. Police spoke with the intoxicated people involved. A 44-year-old woman left for the night.

A red 2013 Ford F-150 was pulled over on River Dr./Hwy 16 East. The driver had committed multiple Motor Vehicle Act infractions.

A wallet was found on Hwy 16 to be returned to its owner.

Rural

A 39-year-old man failed to comply with probation by failing to report as directed.

A man visiting the U.S. returned home to find that his credit card was compromised and being used fraudulently for online purchases. Police gave advice on the matter.

Abandoned 911 call on Cemetery Rd./Spokeshute St.

A green Nissan Quest was pulled over for going 164 km/hr in a 100 km/hr zone on Hwy 16 East near the mud slide area. A 37-year-old passenger was arrested on an outstanding warrant. The vehicle was impounded.
