Unique computer stolen from vehicle

Terrace RCMP are seeking information from the public about a theft from a vehicle that occurred sometime during the night, said police Aug. 29.

Items stolen were an MK-3 Intel Core i5-3340M computer, a black digital Lumix camera in a green case, and black Redfield binoculars in a black case.

The vehicle was a blue 2008 Chevrolet Silverado truck with Kitsumkalum logo on the side parked at a residence in the 4600 block of Haugland Ave.

The computer that was stolen is unique and valued at over $5,000.

Keep your eyes and ears open as to its whereabouts, says Cst Lori Foster, Terrace RCMP general duty.

If you have seen any of these items or have any information about this theft contact the Terrace RCMP at 250-638-7400 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers by telephone at 1-800-222-TIPS, online at www.terracecrimestoppers.ca or by texting TERRACE plus your message to 274637 (CRIMES).

If your information leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
