Teen spits in police officer's face
Terrace RCMP responded to approximately 30 calls for service from April 22nd, 8 a.m. till April 23rd, 8 a.m.
During the same time period, there have been five people lodged in Terrace cells – three of these people were lodged for intoxication.
Two men looking like they are about to fight on Emerson St./Park Ave. Checks were done of area.
Two men sleeping in an ATM vestibule. They were spoken with.
Hazardous wires on Straume Ave. Police requested the assistance of BC Hydro.
Threats uttered via Facebook. Police gave advice on the situation.
A person's vehicle broke down near the Old Bridge. Police gave advice on the matter.
Threats were uttered involving a firearm. Police spoke with the boys and their parent.
Vandalism to a vehicle parked at the Soup Kitchen.
Man passed out at the Soup Kitchen. Police arrested a 28-year-old man.
A man found a bag of marijuana while walking his dog. Police seized the marijuana for destruction.
Indecent conversation on Facebook. Under investigation.
911 hang up at Mills Memorial Hospital. Police spoke with numerous people and it was deemed false.
A 17-year-old boy was apprehended under the Mental Health Act.
A person was passed on the right on Hwy 16 east. Under investigation.
A possible break and enter to an apartment. Under investigation.
Possible impaired driver in a red Toyota hatchback. Checks were done of the area.
A fare refusing to pay for a cab ride. It worked itself out.
Drug information received.
Driving complaint. Police spoke with the driver of a white 2008 Dodge D250.
A red 2013 Ford F150 parked in a way to impede traffic flow. Police spoke with the registered owner.
Domestic dispute. Police spoke with the people involved. Verbal argument and no offence committed.
Threats uttered via Facebook. Police spoke with the people involved and advice was given.
Theft of money. Police assisted in the investigation and it has been passed over to Airport Security.
A grey truck swerving all over the road. Police spoke with the registered owner.
False residential alarm on Barnes Rd.

A red Ford F150 passing on double solid on Hwy 37 near the Kitimat River Bridge. Police spoke with the driver.
False cellular 911 call on Copper River Rd.
Impaired driver in a dark blue SUV. Police attended on two occasions and eventually arrested an intoxicated 21-year-old man and an intoxicated 17-year-old boy. The boy spit into the face of a police officer and uttered threats to a person to kill them. Charges of assault police officer and uttering threats are being forwarded to Crown Counsel.
