Premier makes Northwest stop

Terrace and area residents will have the chance to question Premier Christy Clark later this week as she stops here on her tour of the northwest.

Clark will be holding a town hall meeting at the sportsplex banquet hall this Thursday, July 7, from noon until 1:30 p.m.

It's open to the public and Clark will be taking questions and discussing issues in the community.

She also has a number of meetings planned in the area and will be staying overnight here before flying to Smithers on Friday.

This will be her first visit to the area since being voted in as the Premier earlier this year.

She'll be accompanied by jobs, tourism and innovation minister Pat Bell for her visit here.
