Farnworth in Terrace today

BC NDP leadership candidate Mike Farnworth is making his way through the northwest today and tomorrow.

After a meet and greet with party members and the public at the Ocean View Hotel in Prince Rupert from 11:30 to 2 p.m., the Port Coquitlam MLA will make his way to Terrace.

He'll be at Cafenara in the Lazelle mini-mall today from 4 p.m. to 6 pm. to meet with party members and the public, then will attend the Enbridge forum at the REM Lee theatre tonight from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

He makes his way to Kitimat, Hazelton, and Smithers tomorrow.

Farnworth is one of six candidates eyeing up the NDP leadership spot. Also running is Juan de Fuca MLA John Horgan, Powell River-Sunshine Coast MLA Nicholas Simons, Fraser-Nicola MLA Harry Lali, Vancouver Kingsway MLA Adrian Dix and former West Vancouver federal NDP candidate Dana Larsen.
