NDP following path of kindness, decency

Dear Editor,

Dear Editor,

I was raised on Bible verses such as, “Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, whatever you did for the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me” and “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Finally, our provincial government is following a philosophy of kindness and decency. I am so happy that people who are disabled and people on welfare receive more money. Medicare premiums are a burden for the working poor and have been cut in half, money is being spent on mental health and addictions and finally the government is spending money to help homeless people live in homes by starting with mobile homes around the province. Thank you, John and crew, your kindness is needed in this world.

Dave Connell,

Saanich, B.C.
