THE TERRACE Churches Food Bank received a whopping 900 pounds of food items and $500 from the Skeena Valley Farmers Market craft show.
The market held its very successful craft show at the Sportsplex Saturday November 24.
Optional admission to the craft show was a non-perishable food item.
More than 900 lbs of food were received during the six-and-a-half-hour sale.
The $500 donation came from raffle ticket proceeds and the prizes were three separate baskets of vendors' handmade gifts.
The lucky winners were: R. Keswick, K. Helie and N. Reidy of Terrace.
The Skeena Valley Farmers Market is open from early May until late October every Saturday 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
