Cops for Cancer Tour de North riders raise more than $200,000 for kids with cancer.

Cops for Cancer Tour de North riders were welcomed through most of their 850 km journey with beautiful weather and mountain highway conditions.

On their final day, leaving Terrace for Prince Rupert, the rainy weather didn’t deter them from completing their ride.

The riders started in Prince George Sept. 12 and travelled through 10 communities, to finish at the ocean at Prince Rupert Sept. 18.

As of Sept. 22, the website said they raised $211,839.20.
