The Ksan House Society has launched a first social media campaign - “It doesn’t cost a lot to eat healthy,” targeting nutritious eating on a budget. Using Facebook, the society will be posting dozens of low-cost, nutritious meals to encourage healthy lifestyle choices.

The Ksan House Society has launched a first social media campaign  - “It doesn’t cost a lot to eat healthy,” targeting nutritious eating on a budget.

Using Facebook, the society will be posting dozens of low-cost, nutritious meals to encourage healthy lifestyle choices.

They will also be running a competition called “Frugalicious Fridays” where people who have joined the group on Facebook are invited to enter in a draw where the winner will receive a prize of meal ingredients and a recipes for a day of healthy eating for a family of four.

Anyone who resides in Terrace is welcome to look up the society on Facebook and enter in the contest, with prizes to be drawn every second Friday.

The  first “ Frugalicious Friday” will be May 13.

The Ksan House Society is working on initiative in conjunction with the Greater Terrace Food Association and FoodShare Terrace.
