CENTENNIAL CHRISTIAN School held a special graduation ceremony in its foyer yesterday June 24.

Eight kindergarten students graduated with parents and family members watching and taking pictures.

The area was decorated with black and red balloons and the Grade 1 students also took part as they share a classroom with teh kindergarten students.

The students sang three songs, doing sign language that they’d learned with one of them and making animal noises along to Old MacDonald’s Farm.

Kindergarten teacher Ms. Vroon put togehter a slide show of several of the events the children did during the year and kicked it all off, asking each child what he or she wanted to be when grown up.

At the end, they finished off by tossing their mortar boards into the air tot he delight of the family members watching.
