Kids day camp teaches eco-friendliness
ECO-FRIENDLINESS is taking children to all kinds of learning experiences at the Ksan Kids Day Camp this summer.
Children age five to 11 are learning about photosynthesis, going on field trips, taking gardening workshops and other eco-friendly activities.
Last week, they each put a bean in a jar of dirt with their names on it so they could learn about how things grow by watching it sprout and mature and learned about photosynthesis.
The camps take place every Tuesday and Thursday throughout July and August.
