FOR PINK T-shirt Day, Kitwanga Elementary students stepped up against bullying.
Every student received a pink T-shirt and they all wore them in a sea of pink at the school.
This year, the school provided the pink shirts but in the past, the PAC group purchased shirts for the students, said Dawn Hippisley, school secretary.
It's the third time in the past six years that shirts were provided to students but anti-bullying and social responsibility are part of the school's everyday programs, she added.
